The best thing about the hotel was the location. The customer service wasn’t that great. We had three rooms and the AC wasn’t working for two of them. They sent someone up he had to clean the vents. Corridors smell of food, room was dark and dull , poor lighting , the location was great. Break is quite poor and felt rushed , like a canteen environment. Rooms are run down and need to be modernised. Not really value for money
