The room was not cleaned properly when we checked in. Had to ask cleaners to redo the next day. No iron on arrival - had to ask-received broken iron-had to replace. Security Safe not attached to anything - you could basically walk out with It. The windows were not noise proof. It seemed they were open with amount of noise coming in.
We had family suite (2x3 beds) but the rooms were on the small size. No place to even lay prayer mat or sit and eat. Beds were single. Bathroom smelled and was poorly maintained.
The cleaners were good who would do whatever we asked.
Location wise is very good just behind movenpick hotel and a few mins from the masjid. They always had Arabic tea and juice available for free on reception
There are plenty of local shops nearby, with bin dawood and pakistani hotels nearby.
Ended up checking out early and booking another hotel for the rest of my stay.
This is a one or max two star hotel. So be aware of that before you book.
