"Before the stay, the owner was contacted, but no answer. Upon arrival, there was confusion of which cabin was the one we were staying. It is behind the main house, not as in the description. The first night we stayed home for dinner, we needed a can opener, but there was none, dirty dishes were also pulled out of the cabinet. "We had such an awesome stay the property was cozy and felt like home away from home. The access to the lake was awesome as was the view from the deck, the lake was beautiful with very clear water. We were close to all the activities and sites we wanted to visit. It was a little tricky to find as the GPS will tell you that you are at your seat while up on the main road but you have to go down to reach the property. The gist was great with communication and we would definitely be willing to...

"This cabin was comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen is really more of a kitchenette and the utensils, dishes etc. are rather a hodgepodge of items. However, we made do, and it didn't really affect our stay. (Except there was only one wine glass.) There is a grill and firepit outside which was convenient. We both enjoyed the large front porch which has a swing and is very relaxing. The best feature was the location, close to town but very secluded within the forest. "
