"We thought the property was really cute and it had a back door with a porch and was dog friendly however we had booked for 2 nights and the 1st night when we got to the property the dead bolt lock had broke so we didn't have a lock on the front door. The maintenance guy was there and said your just going to have to go around to the back of the building to get in your room not convenient but okay then we noticed the AC wasn't working so we told the front desk lady and they said it just takes time to cool off well that was not true the AC did not work our night was miserable because it was so HOT we were not happy we asked for a refund and they said you booked through Experian so have them give you a refund we booked 2 days and just left after the 1st night and didn't even stay the 2nd night there was not way we could have done another hot night it was horrible and we got no refund. Not an enjoyable time no one was helpful including Experian we won't be back and won't be using Experian again."
