"Beautiful location. Rooms are somewhat outdated and the a/c is VERY loud. The lake is gorgeous and makes up for a lot. Everyone was very efficient."

No iron or blow dryer in room- they had an iron available for us in office. Small area, but worked. Did not have time to do beach- we were at Copperstown all day for grandson. "A lot of the occupants appeared to be long term residents. Heavy deodorizer smell and very limited tv channel options. No frills, pleasant staff."

"When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would"
