"arrived to check in on July 25, 2025 and found motel closed and out of business. no one contacted me from Hotels.com or Motel 6 in Llion, NY to inform me that the hotel closed since I booked it in December 2024. Had to make other arrangements since it was the baseball hall of fame weekend and no other hotels were available. stayed one hour and a half from Cooperstown, NY."

"Room was not the one I had booked. Not sure how there wasn’t an available room as I was the only car in the parking lot. Did not get a refund for the room change. Also quite a scary property/stay lol"

"Dirty rundown pest problems un kept supplies such as sheets and blankets with holes and tears as well as stained. Staff not real friendly and short with words. Don't seem professional. Sticky floors and furniture and and just not a comfortable nor inviting place. Pests were the worst part I came with two people I don't want to leave with extras. I paid online to arrive to couches and furniture piled outside which was the first red flag. Will not be returning "
