"Our shower door leaked & water was everywhere in bathroom & water ran into toilet cubicle. We had to cover floor with towels each time we used shower. It was obviously an on going problem because the bedroom floor outside the bathroom was damaged so this showed water leakage from a long while back. Certainly not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Hotel seemed like it needed refurbishment. On arrival the sink was blocked but that was sorted straight away. Location was great & so were staff but...

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Puerta del Sol, very centrally located, easily walkable to many areas and right near metro station. Despite great location, hardly any street noise was heard in our room. We were on 6th floor with lovely balcony views. Breakfast was also very good. "
