The front door to the annex

The front door to the annex was often unable to be unlocked. I had to go to the front desk every time, but they never found out the cause, whether it was a mechanical failure or an electronic error.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Walls are paper thin. Heavy metal front door is incredibly loud when opening and closing all night long. I would go elsewhere for the money if you want a decent night sleep and walkable area to enjoy Madrid.

The pictures aren’t quite the quality of the property. This property is old and the only update that we saw was the bathroom. The air yeas not working properly. We had to open a window to be cool. Would not stay here again. The only positive is that it has a free shuttle to the airport

Mein erstes Zimmer befand sich im Keller, ohne richtiges Fenster – lediglich ein schmaler Schlitz, durch den man gerade so Tag und Nacht unterscheiden konnte. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet und es war sehr bedrückend. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man hört Toilettengänge, Duschen, Gespräche, Fernseher und sogar das Frühstücken – von allen Seiten. Das hat mich wirklich gestört. Nach meiner Beschwerde durfte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war kleiner, hatte aber Tageslicht und sogar eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Dafür hörte man diesmal deutlich den Lärm der Autobahn. Wenigstens kam der Lärm nun „nur“ von einer Quelle und nicht gleichzeitig aus allen Richtungen. Der angepriesene kostenlose Shuttle zum Flughafen fährt nur tagsüber, was man wissen sollte. Der Pool ist unbeheizt und befindet sich auf dem Dach. Auch dort ist der Lärm der stark befahrenen Straße deutlich zu hören - an Erholung ist dort nicht zu denken. Insgesamt: Alles ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich, aber wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier enttäuscht.

Localização muito boa, 5 min do metrô e onibus ao lado. Quarto muito bom e espaçoso. Faltou uma jarra elétrica ou frigobar. Equipe da Recepcao muito atenciosa. Ao lado do aeroporto praticamente.
