"No soap or shampoo in bathroom"

"We arrived late in the evening. The front staff was nice and polite. The room was terrible. The beds were barely made (the sheets were dirty so we asked for another room, which we got without issues), part of the baseboard were coming off"

"Stay was great, we all loved the hotel. The only issue was lack of towels/soaps. Other than that it was great, and breakfast was above average for a hotel at this price point in my opinion. Breakfast burritos were great!"

"The only reason why we picked this hotel for the indoor pool. When we got there they told us the pool was closed to maintenance and would not be open while we were there. "

"Room was decent, but rest of building was dirty with a stank in every hallway, stairwell, elevator and definitely needed some love. Not worthy of a fairfield name. "

"Unfortunately, not our favorite Hampton Inn. The hallway carpet needed a vacuuming and the bathroom faucet needed tightening. At night, the smoke detector flashed a bright white light every couple minutes or so. The Inn is off a busy road and the area is a little sketchy. The staff was nice and breakfast was delicious. 5/10 overall."
