"It was beautiful for the price. Very friendly staff. Welcome drinks and conversation as you check in. The terrace restaurant had delicious food. The only thing is they recommended to go to the most busy tourist area and we did not want that. Depends on what your travel style is. Maybe ask chat gbt instead."

"The property is immaculate, there are constantly people cleaning all areas of the hotel. There is a lovely pool area but it's not especially child-friendly. The children were told that they couldn't jump into the pool. There is a small children's pool but it's very shallow. The property also needs some more sunbeds. The pool bar is good and the staff helpful. The breakfast was very good. The bedrooms were lovely and beds comfortable. We had connecting rooms for our family which worked really well. House keeping in the rooms needs some improvement as they often put wet towels from the floor back on the rack and didn't empty the bin for three days. It was easy to get taxis from the hotel. We used Uber and easily got to the centre of Madrid. You can walk 10 minutes to a small area of restaurants and a chemist. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and another one near the restaurants. Not much atmosphere in the area in general and lots of building works around and directly next to the swimming pool. This didn't really affect our stay. Overall a good stay."
