Novotel Madrid Center
Lovely stylish hotel. Very clean, staff helpful and friendly. Advertised a children’s play area but this only seemed to be a corner of chairs in the lobby area.

Staff were superb. Breakfast was beyond expectation. The hotel was spotless and my room was great. It was in the PERFECT spot (several of the processions stopped directly in front). Barceló Torre de Madrid
The hotel is located in a historic building and it has been updated. But the decour is quite poor. The corridors are dark and the room's furniture are quite simple. The reception lounge is furnished with quite strange sofas and no professional design seems to be involved.
