"After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. We feel like the place was advertised as something more than it was. Unfortunately I was charged 350 $ for my full stay of 2 nights by Expedia but didn’t spend 10...

"Tiene excelente ubicación, una vista maravillosa a la gran vía, lamentablemente a mi me tocó el edificio en restauración y mi vista estaba tapada (me avisaron previamente, pero ya era imposible hacer algún cambio). Fuera de esto la ubicación es privilegiada pues estas en el corazón de Madrid y tienes acceso caminando a varios lugares de interés. La habitación es pequeña, pero confortable y cómoda. El edificio es silencioso sin embargo al estar en la Gran Vía el ruido exterior puede molestar, si...
