"Staff helped out many things, including how to take the bus, and how to transfer to the train to downtown. Breakfast was fantastic, fruits, wheat bread I like, special sausages, potato’s cakes, all kinds of drinks (milk, chocolate, soya, tea.) Parking is easy."

"Nice Staff"

"Everything was great"

"Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfast is great, many choices. Location is excellent because they are very close to metro and renfe train stations. Also, you can go walking to the mall (tres aguas) or to the city of alcorcon which is very safe and has a lot of dining options. Only con: maybe the bath tub is too high for elderly people. If that is the case make sure to ask for a flat shower. Bottom line, an outstanding place to stay in Madrid!"

Nelle vicinanze pochi servizi,"

"Wierd place and not very clean, especially in the communal areas. Taps were not secure in the wall of the bath/shower. Wierd place"
