"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used. "Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town."

"Excellent value with a great discount. Very quiet, bound bound to be hectic during peak season. Restaurant served excellent food and generous portions. Only downside is that it is off the beaten track, which suited me just fine, so transport is a must."

"Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "
