"Nice place"

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. "I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and friendly, and room service was excellent. The room itself was airy, spacious, and...

"First room was the normal Deluxe Room, I suggest get the one with the Balcony so you don’t have to listen to the music 8am-10pm all day, also you may have the chance to not hear the people in the pool. Breakfast was Indianstyle good, you had also fruits and bread beside a good variety of veg food. The reception did the best also to extend my stay without further issues however a new booking does not guarantee that you can go earlier into the room but they made it possible. Thank you."
