The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! "The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements.
On the negative side I have two comments.........

"This was a subpar experience for us. The room was very dated. The AC had issues and leaked water all over the window sill and floor. The shower didn’t make sense, it was a walk in shower but the water went everywhere. The breakfast was limited and perhaps it’s no surprise but it seemed like we were the only hotels guests during our stay."
