"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "Great hotel in great location. They offer free parking so you don't need to buy that package in Expedia, I did LOL. parking is across the street, through alley in front of a small Buddha temple. Or if you lucky, street parking in front of hotel (good luck). Hotel restaurant food were all great. Online menu showed cocktails but when we asked, if I understand correctly, only on certain days. Everything was great. Staff were great. Would stay there again. "
