"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "Spacious room and very thoughtful details. Clean and neat. Love the tv that’s huge and with lots of channels including apps and music. Perfect for taking a break from the heat with good aircon in the room. Staff members were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Chiangmai. "

"Great location, but is a little older. Feels like staying at a Chinese hotel. The rooms are older and not as fresh as the lobby. The western restaurant in the lobby was under construction while I was there, but only the outside. I asked to sit inside to host a business meeting, but they wanted me to eat in the lobby. The Thai restaurant had better service. But lots of other options. Good street food. McDonalds for late night munchies. Hard Rock Cafe is across street for good food for meeting friends. "

"No idea how this hotel got a 9.2 rating other than how centrally located it is in the old city. First room was musty and had no windows, paid 500 baht a night on site for upgrade, the next room was better but bed was like sleeping on sheet of plywood. I prepaid 2 night but only stayed for 1. There isn’t anything truly wrong with the hotel but it wasn’t for me, for the price it is what it is. Cost me more than double to move hotels but for my personal comfort it was worth it. I felt the rating it has on Expedia isn’t accurate. I spend a lot of time in hotels, it has to be exceptional to be a 9.2. The staff were nice though and tried to Accommodate us. My friend stayed 2 more nights."
