"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Melia Chiang Mai is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at—hands down. My partner and I spent 9 nights here at the end of June, and everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) checked out, we were treated with such genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was absolutely top-tier across the board—from housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant teams to the doormen and security. Every single interaction felt warm, seamless, and thoughtful. It’s rare to find a hotel where every staff member takes so much pride in their role, and it shows. Our room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning rooftop views, a relaxing pool area, and a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout. We genuinely looked forward to coming “home” to Melia each day. I got emotional at checkout—not because the vacation was ending, but because we were leaving such a special place. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. Melia Chiang Mai has set a new standard, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re coming to Chiang Mai, do yourself a favour—stay here."

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
