"The hotel is located conveniently to station and Tenjin area. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Fukuoka and planning to enjoy good food. We stayed at this hotel for almost a week. We tried the breakfast buffet. It was not included in our stay and there was no discount for hotel guests. The buffet style breakfast included variety of local food. The only negative aspect was that we lost our key and the hotel charged us with 2000 yen. "

"5살 아이와 함께 간 여행이라 침대 2개가 떨어지지 않고 붙은 방으로 요청드렸습니다. 흔쾌히 요청도 들어주시고 날마다 새로 제공되는 수건도 넉넉해서 좋았구요😊 위치도 텐진 번화가에 가깝다보니 어디를 가도 접근성이 좋아서 너무 좋았네요👍 다음에도 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 아크 호텔에서 묵을 생각입니다~"

"It is a very nice hotel, staff is super friendly & helpful. The room in total was nice, very comfy bed, spacious. The structure of the room is a bit weird. You can watch your partner on the toilet (also in the shower) and the automatic light in the room makes it impossible to go silently on the toilet in the middle of the night (because this light shines directly on the bed through the bathroom „window“). If you have a strong bond, this room is for you. :)"
