"Room was not well cleaned , windows were grubby and not cleaned one of the tea cups had dried coffee stains down side not washed correctly, 2 of the four ceiling lights in bathroom were not working and the air conditioner had to be turned off at night as made such a noise every few minutes We were woken Sunday evening with 3 fire alarm warnings going off whilst asleep after 11pm then woken again around 6.30am with further alarm’s activated not a good start to our journeys day back so we got...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was lovely, comfortable, and we slept really well, making for a relaxing visit. While there is some room for improvement with cleanliness and a warmer, friendlier welcome from the staff, these were relatively minor points. With a little more attention to these areas, this would be an excellent place to stay. We’d happily consider returning in the future."

"Such a fantastic location for accessing the beautiful Brecon Beacons. We had a three night stay in an “Executive Suite”. This has plenty of room, a stand-alone shower (though no bath in our particular room) and we didn’t notice any insects. Everything worked (well except the 2nd TV in the living area but we didn’t mind so didn’t report it) even sauna and steam room at the weekend which at other hotels has been an issue. "The hotel seems to be a shadow of its own glory. Staffs were nice and helpful. We went there during the time when hot wave hitting the UK in July 2026. The room has no A/C and walking into the room feels like walking into a sauna. It was not at all comfortable. Good view of Aberavon beach from the room though."
