Housekeeping was perfect. Special mention to Santiago, who immediately made us feel welcomed on our first day and offered recommendations of places to eat which were also amazing. Will definitely stay at Peppers Port Douglas again. "

"This is our second time in a swim out room and we love it. The pool access is a bonus, proximity to town, the marina and the beach is also a plus for us. Easy to walk everywhere means we didn’t need a car for the time we were there."

"I didn’t realise how central it is to everything - the beach, yoga, shops, cafes, restaurants, mariner. I felt safe, loved the room and the gorgeous wildlife that I could see everyday and night from my balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and shared BBQ area was perfectly positioned for sun and shade. "Beautiful pools, the water was warm with so much space for everyone to enjoy. The property is huge however and it’s a fair way to walk from the room to anywhere really. It would also be nicer if there were more things for the kids to do and evening activities to make it more lively."

"Great spot, with really nice pool. Also has a cute pond with barramundi in it. Room was nice and big, fridge worked well. Super convenient location to get into town and also visit the surrounds. On the older side but that made the price very good. We managed to avoid the timeshare/club sales pitch and thry didnt hound us like some people mention, just say no you are busy "
