"Absolutely beautiful room. Exactly like the photos. My only advice is to make sure you read the check-in instructions. They were very easy to follow when I actually read them haha. Staff were so lovely and went above expectations when I needed help. I would 100% recommend staying here especially for a nice couples get away."

"Lava Suites is a wonderful experience right on the Caldera with beautiful views right outside the door. Within a minute we were in the heart of shops and restaurants. Sophia at the desk was terrific, patient and very helpful in guiding us in making the most of our short time on the island. There was extreme ease in scheduling transfers through concierge and there was someone who took all of our luggage to and from our rooms for us during check in and check out which was a huge help because of the stairs. My only “con” of this property would be towards the housekeeping because while someone did come to straighten up the room on a daily basis, it wasn’t a full housekeeping...

"Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful. "
