"For an older motel this was a well maintained property and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and it was a very quiet place. I would probably stay there again if I was in Maggie Valley."

"We all know it's not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. The property is old, you can tell. With that being said, it was clean. The only staff I saw was the gentleman at the desk when i checked in and checked out. He was the only one i saw setting up the breakfast, which was good. The typical eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, coffee, juices, yogurt, muffins, some fruit, and waffles. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints. Better price point than most...

"A quick one night stay for my husband & me with our two bassett hounds. Clean rooms. Updated bathroom. Large room with an entry space with open closet to hang clothes and a makeup vanity/coffee area w/chair. Next open room had king & queen beds; desk & chair; 2 upholstered chairs & 1 wooden rocker; tv/drawers/refrigerator area; and electric fireplace."

"For the bucks spent, this was a good purchase. Older motel with some updates, probably needs a few more, but overall, clean, comfortable, H/AC works, lots of water pressure for shower and hot water was hot. Staff was very nice and courteous. Overall, pleasant experience."

"Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot. "

"I good place to lay your head. Not much impressive about the property except the view of the mountains and it was clean. Nothing special about the breakfast, but enough to have something to eat before heading out. For people traveling through, it’s quiet and clean and worth the stay. For those wanting something special for a couple days on vacation, I would look elsewhere."
