"Firstly, check in was great. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good point! Service in the bar area was a joke, borderline embarrassing. Slack service, with (teenage) staff more interested on being on their phones ( can be seen in cellar area). Simple requests ignored ..."

"The hotel is extremely convenient to the airport - literally a 30 second walk from the terminal. A modern hotel and very clean. I would like to particularly thank Jamie and Natalie at the front desk who very helpfully printed off flight/hotel documents for me at 1am !!! Amazing people."
