"I had a wonderful time staying at The Blackstone! The location was excellent, the staff was attentive and helpful, and there were many amenities to take advantage of! My room had an amazing view of the lake, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and will stay there in the future."

"Old hotel and rooms. All the outlets in our room were titled and so hard to plug things in them. The outlets near the nightstands on either sides can’t accommodate a charger because they’re stuck on the side of the nightstand between it and the side of the bed. Hairdryer so old and didn’t work. Check in was exactly at 4, they weren’t lenient when I showed up at 2:40."

"We stayed at the Pendry Chicago for a week. The one time housekeeping cleaned our room they did a poor job, including not changing dirty glasses, removing and not replacing a bath mat, not refreshing tissues and toilet paper, and not fully cleaning the toilet. The next day we put a privacy sign on our door and left for the day. When we returned, the sign was on the inside of our door, clearly showing someone had entered the room without our consent.
