"The room was clean and spacious. Mattress is very conformable. The front desk were amazing. Beauty, Ing Ing and Ploy made check in enjoyable. Interactions with the staff felt personal and professional. Breakfast selection and quality five star. Icy (server name) is professional and made the experience enjoyable "

"We had a pleasant stay. Good value, good location. I didn't see any of the problems mentioned in the reviews. Maybe the showerhead is a little low, but I'm taller than average. Breakfast was good. Service was good. I've stayed at much worse in USA for 5 times the price. I've stayed at 5 different hotels in Khon Kaen and this is the best so far."
