"This was the first part of our stay in Sri Lanka and our host made us feel very welcome-waiting outside for us on our arrival and giving us a choice of rooms in either the original hotel or the new one up the road. The rooms were clean and spacious and the swimming pool was very clean and cleaned every day. "My father and I stayed in Araliya Cottage in the beginning and the end of our stay in Sri Lanka. We can recommend the Araliya Cottage because of the excellent service, delicious meals and the house is beautiful with a large garden. The owner spend hours telling us about Sri Lanka and took us to the beach free of charge were we had street food. During our time in Sri Lanka many of the places we stayed in only had one power outlet. This place has serveral and we did not need our adopter, which...
