Complete Scam, Rude Staff, Filthy & Dated – AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS 1/5 Stars (Zero if possible) Warning to all Americans, Europeans, and foreign travelers: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! This place is a total rip-off and scam. We booked through Expedia, received full confirmation and acceptance of our reservation, and drove over 4.5 hours to get here. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and visibly annoyed by our presence. They coldly informed us that our booking had been “canceled” and the only way we could stay was to rebook and pay for three nights immediately. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to extract more money from unsuspecting guests. The hotel itself is an absolute disaster. Extremely dated, filthy, and poorly maintained — nothing like what is advertised. Rooms were dirty, common areas looked neglected, and the overall condition was disgusting for a supposed 4- or 5-star property under the Meliá name. We expected basic cleanliness and professionalism at minimum; instead, we got rudeness and disappointment. This is not a legitimate resort experience — it’s a tourist trap preying on travelers who book online from abroad. As an American traveler (or any foreigner), you will likely face the same frustration, language barriers with unhelpful staff, and potential financial loss. The location might look decent in photos, but the reality is a filthy, outdated dump with terrible service. Save yourself the time, money, and stres

Contrairement au premier séjour ,et revenant,en moins de 15j,on a été 4 personnes .. Acceuil et attributions des chambres pas très professionnel j avais le droit aux plus anciennes chambres vue débarras jardinage! 320 et 332 Vieux sanitaires! Portes et fenêtre ne ferment pas! Lit double non dispo ( 2 lits simples , sympa pour un couple😂 Pas de coffre fort dans l une des 2h chambres Prises défectueuses! A signaler la qualité satisfaisante du restaurant , personnel très sympa ,sauf qq incidents discriminatoire, à la tête des clients parfois 😳
