The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.

Basic hotel. Do it yourself for the most part. Good location from Europark. Has all the necessities. The price was great for the location.

Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive.

Fairly clean and modern accommodation. Unfortunately we stayed in a room with a door linked to another room, with very poor sound insulation. As a result we could not sleep due to noise made by our neighbours.

Could have clean and replaced the towels

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

Das Hotel ist einem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet und fast unmittelbar am der Autobahn. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man allerdings keinen Verkehr mehr. Außer ein paar Tankstellen (sehr teuer!) gibt es fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Burgerking beim Eurohotel ist ggf. einen Option (andere Seite - üner die Autobahn). Der Bahnhof ist etwa 15 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Ein alter Bahnhof mit minimaler Ausstattung. Insgesamt ist die Aufenthaltsqualität um das Hotel als schlecht einzuwerten. Wer den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, für den ist es eine Überlegung Wert.

Bei Ankunft war zwar das Bett frisch bezogen und frische Handtücher waren da, allerdings wurde das Zimmer offensichtlich nicht mal gesaugt oder geputzt/abgestaubt worden. Das Bad war nicht geputzt und es roch im Zimmer und Badezimmer unangenehm. Rezeption gab uns die Auskunft, dass ein anderes Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei. Frühstück war zwar sehr minimal, aber ausreichend (Brötchen, etwas Wurst und Käse, Marmelade, Müsli und Joghurt). Insgesamt kein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Europapark Urlaub uns nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers. Fremde Haare (Brusthaare, Körperhaare?) auf dem frisch gemachten Bett/ Leintuch, darf nicht sein. Ebenso die Spinnennetze an den Wänden und Ecke des Zimmers sollte gereinigt werden!

Das Zimmer war ausreichend für zwei Nächte. Sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes hat gestört. Habe nachts den Schäferhund im Nebenzimmer aus dem Wassernapf schlürfen hören und die Besitzerin hatte Schnupfen ( Husten und Nase putzen in Dauerschleife) Das Frühstück war gut, es gab alles was es braucht um satt zu werden, von allem ausreichend vorhanden ( sowohl morgens um 7 als auch um 9 Uhr). Es ist in der Nähe zum Europapark und deshalb für diesen Zweck auch bestens geeignet. Freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Für den nächsten Europapark Aufenthalt wird dieses Hotel von uns wieder besucht
