"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . "Chec in took a long time as money went out of my Account. Then came back to my account then went out again. Very annoying as this took a while. AC didn’t work not work. TV did not work Called staff to see to it. This took almost 40 minutes by the time they came. AC was rectified TV did NOT work so it was early to bed. I am asking the hotel for some compensation. Please note Staff Don’t speak English"

"They didn’t change sheets each night. Breakfast was okay but they only made omelets with cheese and/or tomatoes. The rooftop restaurant was 1/5. Food was almost inedible (had the seafood pasta). The staff was somewhat unapproachable when asked about nearby attraction. Also, they seem to be a little closed off. In conclusion, the hotel was decently for connivence (bars, boat rides, etc.) but cleanliness was not the best. I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone who cares for cleanliness of the bathroom or bedroom."

"Superb little boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. The greeting at reception from Ms Senim was really lovely and all the staff were helpful and very nice. The hotel has a truly calm and tranquil feeling. The indoor pool looks lovely for warmer weather with it's retracting roof. Location is great - a 20 mins gentle stroll into the town centre and 200m from the beach. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will be back - thank you 🙏"

"Most wonderful experience at Ozgur Bey’ 14 day stay & everything was amazing! Breakfast rich & good variety of choice with eggs cooked to your choice each morning by lovely staff in kitchen. Rooms cleaned daily & front of hotel staff were very nice & helpful. Incredibly clean areas all around hotel , pool / spa area was not accessible at this time but look forward to returning here very soon, July. Absolutely recommend you to visit! Many Thanks to staff & of course beautiful owner !"
