"We arrived for a wedding with my kids. My son is disabled and has trouble with stairs. When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. When I requested to move a second time, several available rooms had a strong smoke odor. The room I ultimately settled into was only marginally acceptable for cleanliness. Additionally, when I requested fresh towels, I was informed by staff that none were currently available."
