"Will you stay here each year for a volleyball tournament and always have to wait on a huge line for check-in. There is a kiosk however they tend not to work. Why not hire someone to stand out by the kiosk to assist the guests and add additional stuff on at the front desk for Large events. Also the sandwich shop/ice cream and coffee place always has a huge line. Why not add another one down by the sport conference area , seems like a Miss opportunity."

"The room itself was nice; however, shortly after checking in, I pulled back the covers to spray the bed and immediately noticed stains on the sheets. This was extremely concerning and left me questioning whether the bedding had actually been changed after the previous guests checked out.
I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue and was told that housekeeping had already left for the day. The representative explained that if we had already been staying in the room, the sheets...
