"The staff was great. I forgot my charger and they charged my phone every day so I did not have to purchase yet another charger. Super sweet. My room was never cleaned timely and one day not at all. I had to ask the next day for them to clean. The Caesar salad at the restaurant was excellent. It's centrally located with two easy access metro points. Overall a great place to stay but could use minor improvements."

"We had booked a double bed room and the first room given to us was across the street from a rooftop club - so make sure you're okay with music. The room itself had very stained carpets, smelled of smoke in a nonsmoking room and was incredibly dated. We were able to move to another room the following night which was much better for sound but had broken window shades, the room had no soap upon arrival and also had an incredibly musty smell in the room. Overall, this is an okay hotel in NYC...
