"The pool area was spectacular! Enjoyed having a drink and bite to eat at the pool bar. We did yoga on the beach and took a beginner Thai Boxing class. There was lots to do that you didn’t need to leave the complex. The food was very good and the staff very friendly."

"We checked in afternoon. We booked three rooms. Villa for 3 nights, the villa was huge for four people.
rooms are very specious and ensuit bathroom where the same. living room nicely laid out and very nice decorated it. Air conditioning was perfect. Reception was really slow and check in almost not prepared for Our arrival although transport was arranged by the hotel from the airport. Their transportation service was poor. The villa itself was marvelous although of some need for maintenance...

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. "My room was in better condition than my brother's room. His bathroom was quite ordinary and really needs maintenance done (regrout). There are no activities for children after 6pm (such as dart, table tennis, etc). These activities should be open until 10pm for children.
I had food poisoning at breakfast on the last day of my stay. I felt sick immediately after eating the chicken sausages and had the worst case of vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days.
