"We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. We arrived late however being able to check in online was a great time saver. It was busy at breakfast time however I think if we had gone earlier it may have been better."

"This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. The milk had gone off in the large container and I told them it had gone off and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace. For a four star hotel, it wasn’t a nice experience. The Jacuzzi was also broken. It was my husband‘s birthday. I put that in the notes I also told staff and they didn’t even bother to wish him happy birthday. "

"What a wonderful welcome from Hannah and the team. Brilliant stay and wonderful breakfast. They are currently carrying out a refurbishment (hence 4 rather than 5 stars for the actual hotel). Didn't impact, other than the restaurant being closed but wow from what they've done so far it's going to be stunning! Great location too"

"There was very loud music in the room above us that lasted until 4 am and was shaking the walls , we then woke up at 6:45 am to the neighbours shouting. The walls where clearly very thin ."

"Parking and layout of venue good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Menu was divine for dinner, lounge and breakfast - gorgeous food and locally sourced. Outdoor games available - croquet, petanque. Bed very comfortable."
