The spa facilities were poor dirty showers , ran. Out of towels had to walk all the way to reception to pick one up , couldn’t get in the jacuzzi as full of children the steam room was cold I had just finished work and was looking forward to a lovely relaxing time , went to have a shower and guess what no shower gell in the dispensers overall very disappointed , the room we stopped in was ok it was at least clean .

The hotel was super basic as was the food. Needs a renovation and the staff don’t go out of their way to help you - though the worker at a coffee bar was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend on experience and wouldn’t recommend at all for the price.

The receptionist was excellent and check-in was swift. The bathroom however left a lot to be desired. It is in desperate need of refurbishment, the sink bowl was very badly cracked and chipped. The bath plug hole looked disgusting. The finishes around the bath were cracked and looked dirty. The bedroom itself which was the junior was especially cold, even with the heater on. On the plus side, the mattress was very comfortable and the sheets very clean. We had use of the swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi, all very enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of choice.

Value for money hotel, cheap prices for decent facilities. Rooms definitely felt a little dated but were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the leisure centre and the breakfast was ok for the money we paid. Parking was free for residents. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed is the best I can say.Jacuzzi and steam room didn't work for 2 out the 4 days we stayed.Heater in the room didn't work on the last day and enquired 3 times .When I asked for a electric heater that was in the bar area I was told that I can come over to get it when they're close at 23:00.That was unacceptable to me and I don't think we're going to stay there again,bear in mind that we stayed 3 times over the years.
