"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "Stayed at Maidstone Family Homes - Fernhill for 3 nights with my family (comprising 2 adults & 3 children in total). The front door key was placed by the owner in a secure code-operated keybox by the front door. However, on arrival at the property we were unable to work the keybox. The owner stays nearby and kindly assisted us in retrieving the key. Overall the property was good, although a few minor issues within.
