"This is literally one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Fredericksburg so much so that I'm throwing my birthday party there in July"

"No hot water on our visit. The pool was not in service. Older building with dated furniture."

"The room we paid for was not at all what we expected. The bed was super high, like a giant was to sleep there! Meanwhile, the bathroom toilet and bath were super low, like it was meant for kids only. It seems the soundproofing was not good at all. At midnight, we got woken up by the noise of the people upstairs directly from us. Needless to say, we were not able to get back to sleep. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for."
