"This is an excellent hotel in a quaint town. The main property overlooks the water and has an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool. We stayed at their Angelina residence, which is set back a few blocks. It’s quiet with a full kitchen and spacious rooms. The shower was amazing and much needed after long days of touring. Appreciated the friendly and patient staff. Highly recommend Maiori as an alternative to the busier towns on the Amalfi coast."

"I asked if I could leave my luggage prior to check-in and they were gracious enough to say okay and had the cleaner meet me. The cleaner (maybe as a return “favor”) then asked me if it was okay if it took until 18:00 to fully check in. I guess, but yuck. Supposed to be 1500 iirc. "Excellent hotel with sea view and terraces looking out to Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast was good though fruit options could be improved . We had lunch by pool side which was very tasty . Pool staff very responsive setting up sunbeds , bringing towels and drinks and food . Private beach looked amazing though we did not use it . The attitude of all staff was very professional going extra mile all the time . We went to their sister hotel , buggy picked us up and had drinks on roof top bar before dining at lovely restaurant Zest where food was exquisite. Tad expensive but fine dining in Sorrento usually is . We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Capri in Sorrento! The hotel was lovely, welcoming, and made our visit to Sorrento truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Teresa Lauro, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always there with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Teresa was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and assisting us with anything we needed, making everything so easy and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated all of her help and attention. We would happily recommend Hotel Capri to anyone visiting Sorrento, and we hope to return again in the future!"

"The front desk staff at this property was amazing! So helpful and kind. I loved the location of the property as the long sandy beach is right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel views are amazing, especially on the 5th floor where you can enjoy the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was very good. There is a pool but it's not too deep just a plunge pool but we still enjoyed the views at the pool too!"

"Beautiful hotel!! All of the staff were so amazing and friendly and the rooms were ckean. It would have been nice to have another mirror in the big room we had especially since there were three of us sharing the bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and the area around the hotel is quiet and close to the beach. Be prepared for the stairs!"
