"This is a very old hotel. Like an ancient hotel. But it was well maintained and clean. The location was very good and accessible."

"The staff on-site were very friendly and always helpful. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, and staff let us know that there were additional shared culinary amenities in the available shared kitchen in the basement. The furnishings were very contemporary and clean, and the only feedback we'd have was that the beds were a little too soft with lacking support."

There are a few smaller issues we found: - The hotel is listed as 5 stars but at least right now, it really only consists of the rooms - The restaurant is closed and there is construction going on. "Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes."
