"The room was exceedingly humid from the moment we walked in, and when we took a shower we could tell why. The fan wasn't nearly powerful enough to take the steam away. The floors felt tacky underfoot although they looked pretty clean. Pillows were absolutely awful. Breakfast was atrocious - powdered eggs that were cold, gristly sausages and underwhelming potatoes. We had to ask for bread for toast, and after trying the toaster 3 times on high we had vaguely warm bread with rock hard butter. The...

"There was a very bright light on the outside of the building that was shining right in our room. It made it hard to go to sleep. It’s room 109. So if you get that room, request another one.
But everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again."
