"Attendant in charge of luggage and scale to weigh luggage is very rude and unhelpful, he's to busy talking to front desk staff while there trying to check in guests. He pretty much ignores you when you take your own luggage up to room and he can't get a tip.
He needs to retire or learn how to smile and say hello.
He really doesn't know who pays his wages. I won't be going to that hotel anymore or any ramada if they don't go and check on their franchises on surprise visits"
