"The property was very nice . The room was a dump the Bed was dirty the bed sheet had dirt on them and blood stains . the couch too . The closet did not have a bar on it to hang my clothes .the clock in the room was broken . The doors on the closet doors were broken , the kitchen doors we broken. "I think it is a 5 stars hotel. Well, it is well deserved. there is nothing wrong about it, and I understand now why they charge much more than the usual hotel in Manila. Everything is perfect. Staff, room, amenities, even for a normal, lower price room (still expensive) you have it for your money. If you have the money to stay, and you want the royal treatment... go there."

"It is in a good location in makati. The hotel is very nice and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. There are lots of malls and shops near by and bars/restaurants within walking distance or a quick Grab ride. The pool is very nice with amazing views and the rooms are big."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The only real issue was an electrical panel near the entrance of the room that made a constant buzzing noise. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would have someone check it, but it was never resolved. Since I was only staying for a few days, I didn't pursue it further. The room also included a kitchen, which I never used. Personally, I found the sleeping area a bit cramped, with a low ceiling around the bed that made the space feel smaller than I prefer. Because of that, I probably wouldn't choose this room again, but my overall experience was still positive."

"I was at New World twice in less than a week, The 2nd time was when my flight got canceled and rather than try another hotel I decided to go back, This time I booked a different room, an upgrade if you will and felt the difference. Wasn't cramped, felt open, if only a few feet I could tell the difference, everything else was what one expected from New World, thw food was great, a bit pricey but nonetheless great. The server in the lounge was surprised to see me again, she remembered me and thst really made me feel appreciated, Greenbelt 3 right across the street is a plus. Overall great stay regardless of my canceled flight :)"
