"La Hotel Makati was incredible. I first checked in at the Fairmont, but the room was disappointing, so I switched to Shangri-La, which was the best decision. The staff was so welcoming. Erik's care and recommendations were spot on. Warren, our bellman, helped with all our luggage and made sure everything was perfect before heading back to the US. Our room was luxurious, and the views were amazing. Thanks to Moli, Mark, and Jerilyn for keeping everything perfect. Dining at The Circle, especially the breakfast buffet, was fantastic. Mama Belle and her team were so warm and inviting. The ladies at the Filipino dessert tables always made sure I had enough sweets. The bell staff was efficient and friendly, too. After the Fairmont experience, Shangri-La was just a breath of fresh air. Amazing service, kind staff, and luxurious rooms made it feel like home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Makati and can't wait to return!"

"This review is for an extra night I stayed at Y2, I booked a smaller room so that I had a place to relax for 8 hours before heading to the airport and they allowed me to stay in my bigger room for no extra cost and was even able to have it between the checkout and checkin time. This was so appreciated and made my last day so much easier. Thank you Y2!! :)"

"The king studio room was well equipped with high ceilings, abundant space, and spectacular views. I enjoyed the breakfast bar with plenty of asian, western and healthy options. Explored the rooftop bar for even more nighttime views. Pool was on a noisy level but I liked the clear bottom feature, it was a standout. The front desk was very attentive and I even enjoyed a complimentary 2pm check-out. Would recommend if you're consider I'm Hotel!"
