"I was there to attend a reunion in nearby restaurant, turned out i did not like the food at the event. I came back at the hotel a little hungry to sleep. it was past 12 midnight and i ordered food from the hotel's restaurant, they are definitely open 24 hrs, all the food from the menu is available. It was delivered by the room service after 20 minutes. I really appreciate that. Prompt and efficient service & very polite staffs. When i go back to the Philippines, i will stay in this hotel again."

"I appreciate the property’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank Lena for confirming the feasibility of these requests and Bryan for reiterating that my food was free of gluten and dairy. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient enough to satisfy my gluten and dairy dietary requirements. I would like to commend the young lady who assisted me with luggage and guided me into the hotel car. They could also arrange a Grab ride if you prefer not to use the hotel car. This was a brief extension of my two-week holiday, so I was unable to utilise the gym, pool and spa facilities. I am uncertain when I will return next year, but I would likely stay at this hotel again for a bed and breakfast room."
