"I've stayed in hotels from New York to San Francisco and all points in between as well as several Excellent rated hotels in the Philippines. The Seda is definitely top three and may be the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and amenities are just as described but the staff puts it over the top. Not just polite and welcoming but genuinely make you feel that they are happy to see you. Kudos to owners/management for such a great job recruiting and hiring a spectacular staff."

"Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. "I made 3 different bookings with The Alpha Suites within the 17 days of our vacation to the Philippines. The 1st booking was for 3 nights which was good overall. The 2nd booking was for an overnight stay. We washed our clothes but couldn't dry because the dryer was not working. "清潔な部屋でとても快適に過ごせました。部屋は禁煙ですが、一階に喫煙所を設置してくれているので、喫煙者の私にとってとても助かりました。朝食もとても美味しく、非常に満足です。立地もショッピングモールのすぐ横にあるので、夕食に困ることも無く、セブンイレブンもすぐ隣にあります。強いて言うとホテルのグレード的にリンスは部屋に置いておいて欲しかったかなぐらいですね。総評としてとても良いホテルです。また利用したいです。"
