"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. "The good thing of this hotel is the location very close to Al Haram and very nice & comfort room with best view to Al Haram. Unfortunately, we have to say that we are very disappointed to the reception staff and concierge staffs that under our expectation as the famous 5 star hotel background, reception staff they do not speak english (difficult to communicate) and seems not professional, the concierge staff not helpful as required and tend to ignore the guest.
