"Dirty filthy rooms. Fecal in the bed sheets, blood on the bathroom shower curtain. It was my 3rd time staying in this hotel. I have never had issues like this. Tried to talk to manager but he was on vacation and they pretty much told me there is nothing they will do. Very disappointed."

"The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel."

"Das Zimmer war toll: zentral, gute Fenster, sauber, geräumig und in der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück musste man leider jeden Tag bis zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit neu bestellen. Das war etwas lästig. Und dann kam es geliefert in Pappschachteln. Würde ich beim nächsten Mal eher nicht buchen. "
