"First off, the scam they are running with the cc (see pic) they call it a “card transaction fee” but it’s $3/night. A true cc transaction fee would be a % of the total transaction, not a flat fee.
Hotels.com gives the total price including taxes and fees, but not this one. I am disputing w.Hotels.com.
Second, I had asked for a non-smoking room, and they put me next to this chain-smoker that sits outside of his room with his door wide open and a PILE of cig butts in a bowl. My room reeked of cig smell, I had no choice to crank the AC waaaaay down and just filter the air 24/7.
The 1st night the smoker guy was on his phone sitting outside his room until 2:00 a.m. speaking extremely loud, smoking & hacking his lungs up. I finally called the hotel and the guy came and told the smoker to stop and he went inside his room.
The door safety latch was broken, “see pic” overall I say find another place to stay, extremely sketchy! Transient Heaven!
