This is a beautifully restored historical building with spectacular views of malaga port and the sea - it is in a really quiet residential area - the beach is only a 5 to 7 min walk from the hotel and the port area a 20 minute walk and malaga cathedral/city centre 40 min walk - the food at the hotel is very good and the restaurant is largely outdoors so guests can enjoy the views and beautifully lit up in the evening time

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great food at the restaurant. Away from the noise of downtown Málaga but still walkable if you don't mind the 20 min walk. No early check-in available.

This is such a fabulous place, an original fortaleza overlooking the town and sea, converted to a very perfect hotel with an above-ground infinity pool and view sunning area. A short walk to the beach and chiringuitos. This is a must- stay away from large resort mentality

Room was amazing. Large with beautiful fireplace and mantle. Huge windows with great view of mountainside with a slice of ocean. Beautiful views from the terraces and a chill patio restaurant. This was the least expensive hotel on our southern Spain tour and was by far the best.

This is a beautiful property. It is so unique. Right from the moment we checked in, the staff were so helpful. We were given a personal tour and our bags were taken for us and brought up to our room. We even got a personalized note which told us the history of the castle. The room was big and the bathroom was huge with a large tub and separate shower. The bed was super comfortable as well. The courtyard was the best place with lots of space to sit and enjoy a meal or a few drinks. The view was amazing. The service and food were also amazing. The pool area was also nice. It had limited space and the pool was small and unheated but the ambiance was nice and we found the water refreshing. It is also a short walk to the beach which was great as well. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a nice walk down to the beach. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Veldig fint opphold. Herlig og rolig atmosfære. Gikk endel turer i område ved strandpromenaden og opp på fjell Victoria. Ellers er byen kun en kort kjøretur unna (uber, taci etc.) Både forkosten og middag var god. Vi hadde ikke inkludert frokost men testet det på avreisedagen.

Pampered Still Exists

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen someplace special to stay. The appearance of the property was stunning: an old castle on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The staff were amazing and joyfully made themselves at my disposal. Returning to the room at night, my bed was turned down with a chocolate in the pillow and a bottle of water and glass on my nightstand. The thoughtfulness of the staff was part of who they are as individuals and it shined through at every moment.
