"We stayed two nights in June. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Continental breakfast was included and both lunch and dinner were available in their restaurant. The views from our room, the pools deck and the restaurant were stunning. Bus transportation into Lugano runs hourly. A truly enjoyable stay!"

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool und Spa-Bereich. Das Zimmer war im grossen und ganzem Sauber, leider war die Fensterscheibe und der Tisch auf der Terrasse noch Fleckig. Die Bettwäsche und die Frotteetücher waren sauber und in gutem Zustand."

"Hotel walter sesuai dengan historis nya telah ada sejak tahun 1800an, yang mana menjelaskan bentuk bangunan yang sangat klasik meskipun sudah dilakukan renovasi. Lokasi nya juga sangat sempurna karena terletak di depan danau lugano."

No great views out the window but that’s totally fine for our over night stay Staff was friendly and gave us a crib for our toddler and allowed us to turn on the AC unit because with the windows open we had a couple of mosquitos"
